In MM01, MBEW-MLMAA is in display mode

Dear Members

ML is active for the Plant;

However, for few materials we do not want ML to be active;

Hence the Indicator MBEW-MLMAA must not be selected in Accounting View 1.

While creating material through MM01, this field [ML Act.] is in display mode;

I have verified OMS9 and here the field is in optional mode;

I understand that if I keep price determination indicator as 2 and Price Control as V, the issue can be resolved;

but the question is: Does Standard SAP allow this: ML active at plant level but at Material Level I have the option of ML Act. or not;

Did I miss some config some where?
