Can anyone please let me know how to import the PO/SO/AR/AP/GL from Quick Book to SAP B1? We try to see if we can do those on ourselve or we have to pay more for our consulting firm to do it. Thank you so much.

Hi Mickey......

DTW is one of the most effective and efficient way to handle marketing as well as Masters Import.

SAP have given template fpr DTW which you can find it in

For GL:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Financials\Journal Entry

For AP:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Purchasing\AP Invoice

For AR:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Sales\AR Invoice

For SO:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Sales\Sales Order

For PO:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Purchasing\Purchase Order

Hope this will help you....

Hi Mickey,

Gordon is right, you can prepare your own DTW template, if you're having problems with the target fields upon import, then feel free to post it here in the forum and we will be happy to help you.

Hi,

You can do it by yourself. Make sure you have access to all the templates under DTW folder. Then you can search the forum to find out quite a few discussions.

Once you can successfully DTW one type of the document, rest will be easy.

Thanks,

Gordon
