Dear Raghavender,
F-58 is a transaction to make the payment document along with printing of the cheque. This creates a payment document, by debiting the Vendor / Customer and crediting the bank account. Also the system automatically assigns the next cheque number in the cheque lot.
FBZ5 is the transaction code for reprinting the cheque. Either we can reprint the old cheque or a new cheque can be printed. In case we are reprinting in a new cheque then the old cheque is voided and a new cheque number is attached to the payment document.
Hope this clarifies.

Hi Venkatesh,
Your answer is very helpful. As I am a technical Consultant, I am not able grasp the things so quickly. Could you please elaborate difference between these two transactions, why we need to reprint the old check again ? Awaiting reply.

Dear Raghavender,
Assuming you are making a payment to a vendor vide F-58, the system will create a payment document and also simultaneously print the cheque. Assuming you have not inserted the Cheque in the printer, then the document is created, but the cheque is not printed.
Here we have to go to the transaction code FBz5, give the payment document number and then reprint the old cheque. Now if you keep the cheque inthe printer, the cheque will be printed.
In case you have taken a print of the cheque but the cheque is lost or damaged, then we have to reprint a new cheque.
Hope that clarifies.
regards
Venkatesh
