Import data for consolidation - products Error in file upload

I am using Import data for Consolidations - Products app . But when I upload the file i am getting error that "Loads exhibits no valid content " . I have done all checks and I am using the template file which is provided by SAP .

I also copied the content of file to Notepad++ and I see there is no problem - each line in excel is copied as separate line in Notepad++ .

Any hints on what is going wrong in this file upload as there is no clear description of error

Hi Ramesh, Do the entries in the file contain a SOURCE_ID or material number associated with them? This error occurs when neither of those fields are populated in the file

Hi Harish ,

Yes they are available -  i am loading only 2 tabs MARA and MAKT .

If I load only Mara then it works fine but when I do MARA and MAKT together then i am getting error . Adding screenshots for your information .
