Implementing Extra Ordinary Leave rules for Apprentice as per Apprentice Act

Dear Friends,

As per Apprentice act, an apprentice is eligible for 12 days CL, 15 days Medical Leave and 10 days of Extra ordinary leave.

It's fine. But Extra ordinary Leave rule can be taken only after one has exhausted all CL and Medical Leaves.

Is it possible using Priority rules of Quota without any ABAP intervention?

Priority (of quota types to be debited) should be enough.  This would be based on the balances of entitlement records valid at any point of time and any restrictions like how much negative balance is allowed in each.

No need for ABAP.
