I need to add a new field as 'Customer' in production order confirmation screen(CO11n). Please let me know the process.

Hi,

You can use enhancement CONFPP07, by adding Freely definable area (“Freely definable detail screen 1”) to your confirmation profile (OPK0)

 (Best practice is to copy the standard and create a custom confirmation profile and do the changes, then make it the default or assign to relevant users who needs to the see the custom field  via user parameter ‘CORUPROF’ )
