I have SD_SWU_ACTIVE but cannot see attachment list in Va03 . How can I enable "attachment list" buton

1. Kindly provide screenshots to illustrate the problem (including SU3 for your user where the parameter and it value can be seen).
2. Does the problem occur for all users or only for yours (assuming that you view the same document)?
3. Did you eliminate authorizations as a potential root cause?
