i don't found difference in checked product version and unchecked production version

as i am made routing for one material and without assigning other material to routing group i have maintained production version with the group in consistency check it gives error but still i can create production order and all further operation so where this thing will reflect if production version show error

Hello,

Did you check that production version is slected in your production order under master data tab?

In MRP 4 view for define the Selection method = 3  Selection only by production version and create new production order and check the results.
