HELLO EXPERTS,
CAN ANYONE PLZ TELL ME.. IF THERE IS ANY INFOTYPE WHICH GIVES YOU THE REMAINING LEAVE QUOTA TO BE ENCASHABLE WHEN AN EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE COMPANY... OR IS THERE ANY OTHER METHOD TO DO THIS..
TIME MANAGEMANT IS ACTUALLY MAINTAINED. AND ABSENCES ARE ACCRUED BASED ON QUOTA.. SO I NEED TO KNOW HOW CAN THE REMAINING QUOTA BE ENCASHED???

see infotype 0416 (Time quota compensation )
Add this infotype in leaving action and you can select free compensation subtype of this 0416 and pay the remaining quota

Time Data Recording and Administration>Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas>Processing Absence Quotas in Payroll-->Time Quota Compensation
1. Define Time Quota Compensation Methods
2.Wage Types
3.Assign Wage Types to the Quotas to be Compensated
Not sure which country payroll you are talking about, but generally you have to define termination models and rules in the node Payroll>Terminations.
Each termination reason would default to a termination model and each model would have list of Quota Types, which in turn would have particular Wage Types used to pay out the leftover leaves when terminating. these Wage types have to be created beforehand.
