HR Forms - Transfer Process - Records Management

I am trying to get the standard transfer process working in HR Processes and Forms.  I have 2 issues:

when i fill out the form with sending manager, I select employee, choose receiving manager, then i try to submit,

and then get a message with a blank reference number:

how do i configure the records management or case management tool??

is it required?

the other issue is no positions are populated in the "New Positions" drop down....any ideas?

records management is done via SCASE

Please take into account that id provided in tx. scase should be the

same than the id provided in tx. SRMREGEDIT and in view SCMGV_CASETYPE

to H_PO (Process Object), H_FO (Scenario Object) and H_SO (Step Object).

thanks for the reply, however not understanding.  can you provide more clear steps on how to configure case management in order to get the transfer form working?
