Dear All,
Our customer has some items (over 1000) has no transactions from 2006. They would like to remove them from SAP. I know we can remove it manually but this will take a looooooong time for them to finish it. Is there any easy way for us to remove them not from the interface? Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Yuka
Request clarification before answering.
You can use a tool called DI Commander for mass delete. This tool uses DI interface so it is safe, it goes through all the validations.
Just make the items inactive. It shows you history of what was planned or intended for purchase etc. Let it sit inthe background just make it inactive.

Hi Yuka....
You can create an utiility which would work like a program or an application which will delete all the unused items into the DB programaticaly.
Apart from this another option is through Back end which is not permissible to touch it......
Hope you get something like that......

Rahul
