How to procure SFG Material from Sub-Contractor & also from alternate plant

Dear Experts,

There is a requirement in my client as given below.

There is one SFG material in Plant "PP-A" that has to be procured externally from a sub-contractor as well from the alternate plant "PP-B" through an MRP process by maintaining the Quota Arrangement.

I tried to implement this by Quota Arrangement process but faced the below error. Please advise me on how to achieve this.

IT is looking for the Purchase info record. Can you try to maintain the same and then try. Let us know if there is still issue.

Thanks Dsk for your reply but the issue got resolved automatically after restarting the SAP.
