Hi,

You may need to run RKTKA04C report (SE38 transaction) to fix the assignments in CO. There is no 'alternative' to KANK.

Sometimes, as a result of certain activities during configuration of controlling area, number ranges come to disorder. The report in question corrects this. Just run it via SE38.

Hi Ramya,

Hope you have followed the below steps for t-code KANK.

*Enter controlling Area "e.g. 1000"

*Maintain Groups (F6 or select from menu "Group->Maintain")

*Insert Group (F6 or select from menu "Group->Insert"). In text field - maintain the description and in Intervals field - maintain numbers ranges from and to.

If you would like to assign CO Business Transactions (e.g COIN, KSPA, KSPB., etc.) to your created group (e.g. Test). You should follow the below steps.

*Place the cursor on business transaction (e.g. COIN). Press F2 or menu Edit-> Select Element.

*Place the cursor on your Group(e.g. Test). Press F5 or menu Edit-> Assign Element Group.

Thanks & Regards,

hi Adi,

thanks a lot for the quick reply...

i have tried in the same manner, but when assigning F5, selected elements are not assigned & also it is coming out , i mean, they r not assigned & cursor moves on to the first element.

hence, the result is that no elements are assigned at the last. even also, tried from the menu as you said.

thanks
