how to maintain material document number range reference to movement type ?

i need to maintain material document number range reference to movement type.

as i need to create new movement types with it's number range,

and can i create new Transaction Types ?

Hi:

As per standard number ranges are crated for document types ..Hence tt is not recommended to have number rage according to goods movements. as it has lot dependency may cause inconstancy in system.

Hi,

Its not possible to define number ranges depending on the movement type. Another thing is you cannot create docemnt type for inventory management ( Material document in IM). You can create document type for PR, PO and RFQ. If you are not feasible with standard MIGO transaction, can create your Z- transaction. Thanking you.
