Hi Parveen,

using LSMW you can upload the data of any employee right.

then as your guess is correct create an action Left employees.

first ---> upload the data of all employees

second---> hire the employees with respective legacy system dates.

third-----> for left employees run the action Left employees with legacy system dates.

while uploading the data you have to upload the legacy system payroll data to T558B and T558C tables of SAP and use INLK schema and run the payroll.

Hi , Parveen ,

If we want to track employment history of an employee we should have personnel Actions like Hiring . hire that person from the exact date and do the further actions so that you will have a track of all employees both active and inactive . once you do the personnel actions try to run the t codes which i mentioned below .you can see the employees entered and left over employees

S_PH9_46000223Employees Entered and left
S_L9C_94000095Head Count Changes

I would create a hire action for 'conversion' for example and then either a termination or retirement action based on the individual employee in order to have some sort of historical record.  This 'conversion' action can be done in mass depending on how many employees you need to load into your system.

Hi,

Means history right. Upload first Hiring action then upload again separation action those who already inactive with exact dates.

Go-live date is different, but you can upload entire data, if they have ready available master data templates.
