Hi Patil,

First you go to cmd --> login as a ----> sidadm ---->check R3trans -d

check the return codes.If any error attach the trans.log.

Next check ip configurations  in cmd--->ipconfig

Then Ping with hostname and Ipaddress.Check the connectivity.If not means go and edit in /etc/hosts file.

And check the logon entries of SAPGUI and GUI version if old one means upgrade to new version.

If Distributed System--- check the connectivity b/w all the systems.

Hi Dhananjay,

Below i mention some helpful things you can follow those steps your problem will resolve.

Have you looked at the windows Event logs to see if you can find the reason the services have disappeared?

Check SAP service in services.msc

Try this,

Open you MMC console.

Goto file-->ADD/Remove snap-in-->Click on ADD-->Choose SAP Systems Manager-->Again Click on ADD-->Click Next.

Here give your SID in the system field, fill instance field like this <hostname> <instance no>

Try rebooting, this sometimes fixes the problem

Go to your sap-->exe directory.find the sapstartsrv.exe-->double click on exe and it will prompt user input.-->give neccesary input and click on OK-->it will register the service.

once above step done, try to start MMC.

Hi Dhananjay,

Once check the system, If any virus problem or dll files missing.

Refer below thread also.

After that better to download latest kernel from service market place and do kernel upgrade.

Other wise do you have any backup kernel --->please replace the kernel directory.

I hope so this is better for you.

Are you authorized to access the credentials of Quality server and for a BASIS Admin it would not be a concern ?

Hi Patil,

First please don't create multiple thread for a similar issue

Could you please share exact issues which you are facing with complete details and relevant logs.

Hi Patil,

Share the followings:

1.Are you able to ping server from the client system ?

2.Is you quality server under running conditions ?

3.If server is in running state or not share the R3trans -d output with trans.log file from the server.

4.Have you correctly configured connection of Quality system in SAP GUI
