Hello, I would like your advice on the subject of waste in production. What are the ways to deal with Waste within SAP B1?
For example, I have a BOM that contains a final product, crispy, 98 pieces, produced from 20 kg of chicken breast. On some days, the production is like 100 pieces from the same amount of raw materials, and at other times, the production is 95 pieces from 24 kg of chicken breast. How do I deal with this?
