How to handle deleted infotype records at PU12

Hi friends!

Any ideas, how can we ask PU12 interface to capture deleted infotype records in the interface file?

When we run PU12 interface program to export to a third party system, we get only inserted and updated records but when i try deleting a record eg from IT 0015 there is no such record in the list.

As the deleted record should be present in the file so that both SAP and Third party systems must be in sync.

Thanks.

Any inputs.

maybe you can program a user exit that when a record gets deleted, the record is interfaced immediately (or stored in a buffer table for example)

Hi,

I am having similar issue with PU12 not able to handle deleted records. Did you manage to get it working by user exit. Any specific details will be very helpful. even if we need user exit to work, don't we need to activate 'change documents' so that a record exits in the database that the record is deleted from which the user exit can pick up the data.

I am surprised that PU12 has this limitation in the first place.
