How to get MTBF, MTTR reports in SAP Public cloud ?

Hi Experts,
Greetings!!
We are using S/4 Hana Public cloud; we are checking for the MTBF and MTTR reports. Could you please help us know which applications helps here to get the reports and any pre-configuration required for the report to be generated. If any pre-settings need to be maintained in the application and data availability in the system and what are all the filters to be maintained?
Could you please mention us a detailed process of getting the MTBF and MTTR reports.

Google “Fiori apps reference library”, use the filters to get to public cloud and then search for “Technical Object Damages” and “Technical Object Breakdowns” - those are the two standard Fiori apps.

also on that library, when you clicked on the relevant app, there is a section that talks to any installation requirements, or dependent configuration required.

Hi Tim, Thanks for sharing the details. It seems Applications are built in our system by using the application it is not showing the data in "Technical objects Breakdowns" Application and saying modify filters, even after modifying also unable to see any data. Whereas in "Technical object Damages" Application is displaying the data. Do we need to maintain any pre-requisite data in the system for "Technical object breakdowns" app to display the data.

Hi. For Technical Object Breakdowns - dont believe there are any app configuration to setup, but it will be looking at maintenance notifications that have the breakdown indicator set - so I'm guessing you have none? That's what it is using for the MTBR MTTR calculations: dates on the notification and the breakdowns.
