How to find Attachment File in SAP ByDesign?

When I attach file in outgoing and incoming payment in SAP BYDesign, I want to view in report. Which report can i see for which documents have or not attached file? Following picture, I attached file in the document.

Hi Myat,

It is not possible to access attachments from ByDesign report at the moment.
