How to enable Sales Order creation with negative stock?

Hi SAP,

I want to create Sales Order with negative stock. However, ATP check do not allow this to happen.

If negative stock is activated, can our availability check include the negative stock and confirm in the sales order?

Yes it will confirm the stock if "Negative Stocks allowed" is activated. Moreover, it is not recommended to adopt this approach as it has many disadvantages as explained in OSS note 153355.
Also, the most important point is there will always be a difference in actual stock and the stock stored in the respective tables and that should be addressed then and there.
Having said that, why do you want to activate this when it has much disadvantages and what is the Business process?
