HOw to Derelease a PO through Me28

Hi Experts ,

I made a one with (Tcode Me21n) Purchased order and Release this PO with Tcode ME28 now i m not able to De Release The Same Po with Tcode ME28 . i m going to De Release The PO that time i got a Message

Release prerequisite not fulfilled

Message no. ME102

Diagnosis

A prerequisite for release using the code you entered is prior release

by other codes.

Procedure

Find out the order of the release codes in the current release strategy.

This is Happaning with only few PO . Pls suggest me why this happaing and soulation .

Hi Pradipto,

In ME28 Trxn code check whether you have mentioned correct (Prior) Release code.

Also Check Whether Cancel Release option is Ticked and Release Prerequisites fulfilled.

For Cancelling the Document Some Prerequisite may be missing in your case. So select the Prior Relase code and.Cancel first then You only can canel release of Cuurent Release code.

HI,

First Go to ME23N and check the levels in the release stratergy.

Check how many levels have been released first.

Then go to ME28 and put the release code which is already released aand then check cancel release and execute. Uncheck set release and release prerequisite fulfilled and execute.

It will display all the PO's which can be cancelled in release.

Po has get one leavle Release it is not happaing with all PO it is happing with only few PO . i have done the all analiyes but i have not get any clue then i had mail .

Hi,

In ME28 screen,tick the check box Cancel Release.

Derelease will be done.

Please check whether you have authorisation.
