How to debug this payroll error

Former Member

Hi,

I am running payroll for five employees. I am getting this error

No entry in table 510H for key 40 KDIVP 01 for time 30.04.2009.

My payroll period is (01.04.2008 - 30.04.2008).

How to debug this error.

Hi,

These constants (ADIVP and KDIVP) are required to be maintained as they are used in the time management aspects while running the payroll. Its mandatory to maintain these constants in T510H.

KDIVP- Average calendar days per month - maintain 30 days for this constant in T510H for 40 country grouping.

Good luck

Hi Samriddhi Das,

Pz. check the Table with your Basis team. It's the standard table, it should be copied from the Main server to your copied client. So check with them otherwise you can maintain as same as the standard one.

Hi Samiriddhi,

There might be a problem with validity of constant KDVIP. Go to table 510H and ensure that the end date of constat is xxxx9999.

Cheers!

Hi,

For this go to SM30, put view V_T510H and click on maintain.

Then insert a new entry as under:

KDIVP 1 01.01.1985 31.12.9999 30.00 Lump sum, cal.days/month

Now run payroll.

So to SM30, enter the table name V_T510H, click on maintain, then enter a new record for KDIVP, 1, start date, 31,12,9999, value as 30. the error will get resolved.
