You must perform the following steps:

1. Create Edit Characteristics use t code CT04 In this step; you create characteristics for a release procedure for scheduling agreement. You can use table as CEKKO and field name as per plant, co cd, pur org, document type & net value which constitute the release process

2 Create a class with the class type 032 use t code CL02 In this step; you create classes for a release procedure for scheduling agreements. You use a class to group together characteristics that are to constitute a release condition for a release strategy. In the step "Define Release Procedure for Scheduling Agreements" you assign this class to the Remember there should be only class associated with your release strategy.

3 Define Release Procedure for Scheduling Agreements

3) A) Release Groups: The two digit Alphanumeric Contains one or more release strategies.

3) B) Release Codes: Two digit codes Specifies the release code with which you can process

Maximum you can create 8 codes with different level as per your requirement those are responsible to effect the releasing of external document

3) C) Release indicator: Release Indicator: Purchasing Document

Specifies whether the purchasing document can be processed in or is blocked for follow-on functions. There are 1 u2013 6 indicators available in SAP std with different meaning.

3) D) Release Strategies: here you can configure the release process which are as above.
