How to create COPA characteristics value sets for Margin Analysis allocation cycle ?

Hi experts,

I would like to create an allocation cycle with context Margin Analysis and type Distribution for sending costs from Cost Centers to COPA.

(Please ignore the annotations in the following screenshot)

My question concerns the receivers tab in my segment and the creation of COPA characteristic value groups:

For each COPA characteristic added as a parameter in this tab, you can define whether you want to enter a Single Value, an interval or a group.

My question: How do I define a group of COPA characteristic values (here Customer) in S/4HANA Public Cloud?

When I select the Group Value Type, the search help from Group field doesn't return anything, and no matter how much I look at the SAP documentation, and search for apps, I can't find anything that explains how to create a COPA characteristic values group... I've tried with global hierarchies etc., but it doesn't relate to this object in the allocation cycle.

There are different way in SAP ECC or S/4HANA OP for creating such a characteristic value group :

• KES3 (sorry for the screenshots in french; customizing point is "Define characteristics hierarchie") :

• Directly in KEU5 menu :

• GS01/02/03 for creating sets :

I was not able to identify any of this solution as an app in S/HANA Public Cloud…

Regarding GS01/02, there is a lot of discussion on the community talking about SAP Note 2780829

But regarding this solution it only allow to create a customer group hierarchy and not a customer hierarchy using app Manage Custom Hierarchy Type and Manage Global Hierarchies.

I was able to create a Customer Hierarchy - Analytics which seem to look like I want :

But it cannot be found in the allocation cycle :

Am I missing another existing way for S/4HANA Public Cloud ?

I tried to be as complete and clear as possible.
