How to create an inspection lot when each operation is confirmed in co11n ?

Dear Experts,

An inspection type is active for inspection lot origin 03.(inspection during production)

The system creates an inspection lot automatically when a production order is released.

But, Our customers do not want this.

Our customers want to create an inspection lot automatically when a each operation is confirmed in co11n.

Is it possible?

If it is possible, how to setting IMG?

System does't create automatic inspection lot when each operation is confirmed in co11n.

You can try this -

In your routing, assign MIC for each operation like-

oper 10 - MIC

opern 20 - MIc

opern 30 - mic

When you release order, Single inspection lot generated. But you can record the results of each operation while clicking on each operation.

Perhaps not possible! System creates only one inspection lot (of 03 origin) for each production order. This could be because of partial confirmations. Any operation is liable to confirmed partially with n number confirmations. Every time system can not generate inspection lot for each confirmation.

But you can operation wise, document the results and defects inspection point wise in the same lot.
