New user can be created either for an employee or a service agent.
New user is created in SAP Business ByDesign by default for employee, but the workcenter and access needs to be added and activated (alternatively Business Roles can be created and assigned).
These activities can be done in "Application User Management" workcenter and the view Business Users.
New user needs to be created manually for a service agent. In the Service agent master data there will be a button "Request User", after which the user will be created under Application User Management -> Business Users
