Hello Community,
I want to connect Microsoft Excel or Power BI to SAP B1,
so that I can update my report and view it live on refreshing.
Is it possible?
regards,
Samrat Devkota
Dear Samrat Devkota,
There are multible possibilities.
In Excel and also PowerBI you can connect to the database where the SAP B1 Instance is running and query all the tables and Views.
For example: In Excel you can go to the data tab and click Get-Data from SQL Database. Same on PowerBI.
Kind Regards.

Dear Samrat,
you should have at least two options:
1) For HANA you can try Interactive Analyses.

2) Or you use direct queries to the hana database. For that you would need a HANA DB User with "select" permission to execute the query.
In Excel you can also select HANA as a database.
Best Regards
