How to clear pending quantity from challan list(J1IFR)

Dear SAP Gurus.,

One Purchase order (Subcontract ) created with two Parent items (Say suppose A, B)

( Parent Item A----> Child Componet (despatched to subcontractor) X

Parent Item B----> Child Componet (despatched to subcontractor) Y)

Despatched the total two materials against one subcontracting challan two subcontractor at a time.

One item is fully recieved and assigned the subcontracting challan accordingly

and the second line item is received partially and assigned the partial quantity to that challan .

Now the return date (180 days is completed)

After completion of 180 days the pending material has come from the vendor.

As per 57AC rules the 180 days is completed and in this case how to proceed can anybody can guide me.

whether i have to complete the challan

or how to go about this.

This is the first time the the material crossed 180days from the subcontract.

Please help me in this regard.

Hi

As per my knowledge If you cross 180 days of this material,you have to create sales invoice for this material with excise values and sales this material to subcontractor ,and again purchase this material from subcontractor with credit of excise values.

its ok i can repurchase this material but how to clear pending quantity in challan list thats a main problam.

i want to clear pending quantity from J1ifr.

Hi,

As per Govt norms if the material is not received within 180 days of due date, in that case you need to reverse the in put credit. This already availed for the child material using J1IF13 & selects the reverse credit radio button & save the challan. This make the challan open further 180 days from here you can either close the challan or do receipt the balance Qty & and reconcile the challan.

Step

1) J1IF13 u2013 Reverse credit

2) DO u2013GR & reconcile the challan u2013J1IFQ

3) If further Qty no expected & full Qty received u2013 J1IF13 Complete 7 Recredit challan u2013J1IF13. Select Recredit & Complete challan.

This completes the sub con process where 180 days elapsed.
