How to clear negative stock in 999 storage type

Hi,

Here is the issue.

How to clear the stock here in 999. physical count is 28 EA and updated qty as 26 EA.

Please give me a solution so that I can get rid of this -ve qty in 999 St. Type.

Look, your total stock of the material is 26 EA - that's what both MM and WM reports show.

However your stock in 001 storage type, your "high racks" is 28 EA. That means that on at least one of the storage bins the stock level is too high. First you need to physically identify those bins - just go to the warehouse and do the counting.

Then using transaction LT01 move those superfluous 2 EA from 001 storage type to 999 storage type.

That will bring 001 storage type stock level to what is visible in MMBE and at the same time zero the negative quantity in 999 storage type.

Hi Dominik,

Thanks for your reply. But actually, when I check the actual balance of the material count is 28 EA not 26 EA. Hence I am adding 2 EA to the existing qty. In MMBE it is showing 26 EA, but the physical count is 28 EA. Now I want to remove -2 EA in 999 and add it in 001. Once the -2 EA were added the total count of the material should be 28 EA both at IM and WM level.

Please suggest how to do it.
