Hi experts,
We send emails (with documents attached) through SBO.
In the signature area, it currently shows SAP generation message, like that
"This message was sent by SAP Business One.
Can we delete/change it to company standard or user-based information? i.e. telephone no, holidays etc.
I know that there is a tick box in SBO setting, -- Print preference to remove SAP generation message for doucments. It doesn't apply for email layout however.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Yang,
Open the server tools and select the "SBO Mailer" service and click
on "settings" and select the option " Use user defined signature" and define your own signature.
