how to change batch job owner user

Hello, 

we have many batch jobs that are schedule by account where the user as left the organization.

we want to change to the owner of the job to be a generic batch job user.

example: we have this user who as left the company and he had a lot of batch job scheduled. we want to keep these job but we also want to delete that user.

here the created by user is AlexR, we want to change the created by user to user batches.

i forgot to mention we are using ERP ECC 6. SAP BASIS 731, SP13

SM37-- Check the job that is scheduled status --All way left corner --Click Job-->Change -->Then Steps -- Click on the Row which contains program name --user parameter etc -->then Click on Pencil Icon -- Change -->-- Job will open up and replace user ID with user id you want to

Hello, that part is fine. what we want to change is the created by users

You can not change who created the job -- i do not think there should be any relevance who created the job if you job is still relevant -- other option -- cancel the job and create a new job with ID you want it should be created by--still not understanding why it is relevant who created the job?

As long as you switch the user to batch user -- jobs will be keep on running even the user ID does not exists in the system.

That is exactly what i want to avoid. i have over 600 jobs.

just follow the steps and change the user as mentioned -- you will be fine. Don't worry about created by.
