HOW TO BLOCK THE THIRD PARTY SALES ORDER

Hi Experts

i have a third party sales order. for that every time automatically purchase order is created by BATCH.

so user wants to block the sales order, because materials is already returned.

please tell me how to block the sales order.

I think it can be controlled by status profile in sales order. Please try  It may help you
