How to Assign a duty to employee

I have an employee who hold a position in Sales organizational unit but I want to give him a duty in another organizational unit (Marketing unit) how can I do that?

I want that to be shown in the employee master data that he’s holding a duty in marketing organizational unit

The employee could be assigned to 2 positions, such as 75% Sales and 25% Marketing.

But I don’t have any vacant positions in Marketing, and I don’t have permission to create one.

Prioritize the position of the employee accordingly , The current position should report both organizational units 75% and 25%

Did you talk about your problem with the person who can create positions?

Sikindar's gave you an other option , but that one requires access to maintaining positions.
