How to add new attachment to existing equipment new mass

Hello Team,

Could you please suggest an option/way to attach a document (Single) to all existing equipment in mass.

Which supposed to be got a print in every maintenance order which is created against the equipment.

Could you please let us know, how to attach a document to all existing equipment.

Hi @T_Yaswanath_, Good responses require good context. Please provide some more detail about your use case and respective business requirements. Is the document to be attached the exact same one for all equipment? Or is the actual requirement that some data about the equipment gets printed with each maintenance order? Which data? Who will be doing what with the printed document? Thank you.

Hi @AndreasMuno, Thanks for your response and apologies for the inconvenience. 

Business wanted an automatically attach a common PDF (Blank Work Permit Document) for all the Maintenance orders generated and that needs to be print along with maintenance order.

So, that a PDF attached to the technical object will be automatically available in the maintenance orders created or generated from the maintenance plan and then by enabling the automatic attachment printing option, an attachment can be print along with the maintenance order.

To execute this, we need to attach a common work permit document to all the equipment's. So, my question is like "Can we able to attach a same PDF document to all the available equipment's in mass?"

I hope, it is clear now, could you please help us with the details.
