How to add a Sales Employee partner function to a Business Partner?

There is a requirement to add the Sales Employee (SE) Partner Function to a Business Partner, how can this be done?

  1. Open the Maintain Business Partner App. 
  2. Select the relevant Business Partner record.
  3. Open the Business Partner in the Customer Role (FLCU01).
  4. Click on the "Sales and Distribution" button. 
  5. Click on Partner Functions.
  6. Set the Business Partner into change mode.
  7. Add SE Partner Function within the grid.
