How to add a custom tile from the Service Binding the preview link in eclipse ADT

In Eclipse ADT, I developed a custom business object, and created the Service Binding. The preview link in service binding is generaated and can display the app successfully (it's a simple list reporting app)

How do I have my end users access this app(e.g. by using "Custom Tiles APP") ? So far I see no options, even from https://community.sap.com/t5/enterprise-resource-planning-q-a/using-custom-tile-app-for-custom-devel...  i still do not see clear answers. Already check out the links inside it.

p.s. We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud public edition, and currently no license for SAP Business Application Studio.

Thank you for the documentation. After reviewing it, I noticed that all the solutions require a license for SAP Business Application Studio.

1. Is there a solution that doesn't require SAP Business Application Studio?
2. If a license is necessary, how is it calculated? I have one developer to create the app, and ten end users who will use it. Will this count as eleven licenses ?

Hello! It's necessary to have access to SAP BAS. You can have the developer user and the other end users will be able to access the app inside S4HC.

Hi, last week SAP s4HANA public cloud was updated version 2408 for starter environment. I managed to deploy and app to SAP S/4HANA Cloud using SAP Fiori tools running in VS Code ( using reentrance ticket from https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIORI_tools/17d50220bcd848aa854c9c182d65b699/78a82b6852ce4061ba0825afd... ). So I think the new 2408 update does not need BAS ?
