How to Activate Retention Process with PO in sap S/4HANA public cloud?

In the purchase order, you define a retention as a percentage of the purchase order value at header or item level. The system calculates the retention for an invoice item based on this percentage, and proposes the retention amount that it calculates in this way when you enter the invoice. You can overwrite all default values for the retention amount in the invoice.
