How ro delete PIR

Hi

We want to delete all Planned Independent Requirements once in a month

For this , we are using MD73 T Code to reorganise these

This txn deleted all unallocated PIR , but allocated PIR (against which Actual requirements have already come in) remain visible in MD62 & in MD04

How we can delete entire PIR

Dear sandeep,

Go to MD62 t-code delete PIR according UR requirement then re-run MRP after that go to MD04 t-code check there .

Dear,

MD74 - deletes only the PIR

MD75 - deletes only the history created against each PIR

MD76 - mass deletion with history

The test mode flag can be used to show a list of what will be deleted prior to actually deleting it.

Also in MD62 you can delete the particular PIR you want to delete.

Hi,

When ever you want to delete the PIR's you can delete from directly from MD62 once you delete them, go to MD02 and re run the plan or MD04 refresh the screen.

Hi Sandeep,

I think , allocated PIR will get reduced automatically as & when PGI will be done.

For reorgnisation of PIR , you can use 3 Tcodes (run in sequence) MD74 , MD75 , MD76.
