How do I change the amount of an order that has already been paid and reprocess it?

I am having a problem and need your help.

I have an order receipt that has been registered and then received, shipped, processed for sales, and paid.

There was an error in the order registration, so I cancelled sales, shipping, and receiving.

However, I could not cancel the payment of the order details because the payment had already been made.

I want to change the amount of the order details that I registered by mistake and process the shipment, delivery, and sales again.

Please let me know how to do this.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales" for this question, as Sales Orders are Objects related to Sales Line of Business.

I checked with our experts in Sales area, everything seems to be OK from sales process side, as you also did the cancellation for Sales related documents. One suggestion is to check with the Finance experts on how to achieve your purpose. So I also adjusted the Tag to "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Finance", so experts in Finance could have more chance to pick.
