Hello,

I would like to know how can we mass update the customer material ?

Indeed, by the cockpit it is only possible to create and not to update.

I know an API exists for this object but it means to create something (a process) in a way to perform the update.

Your understanding is correct. The current migration tool does not support mass updates for customer material info, it only allows creation.

You can utilize API_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_SRV to create, update, read, and delete data.

If you need to mass update this information, you may need to develop a custom process using this API.
