How can we check the attendee skills.

Hi all,

In training and Event Management,How can we check the attendees Qualification or Skill set to meet the prerequisite to attend the training or Seminar.I tried that while creating the Business Event Type we can Specify. But it is not restricting the attendees.

Hi senthil

This is the place where integration with pd and training and event management happens see in pd where you do the career and succession planning and then you do the profile match up and then if the qualifications is less than the requirements then qualification deficit occurs or if there is no qualifications then also qualification deficit occurs if any qualification deficit is there then when you do pppm tcode then after doing profile match up qualification deficit occurs and system proposes which business event he has to attend
