How can we add entry in TKEVG table ?

I have an issue on settlement, KD514.  I configured custom PA transfer structure Z1 but the system always takes the PA transfer structure FI - Direct FI/MM.

I saw that I need to change an entry in TKEVG, but I don't have entry. How can I add an entry ?
