HotFix is not working

Hi All,

I am trying to export one item to P System. But while checking HotFix getting error like below. 

App in Q: Export Sofware Collection 

Here i am trying to export custom form template without any dependency.

Kinldy help me if you encountered error like this.

Thanks Marissa. we have created a high priority incident for this and they refreshed the import and export queue items. Then its worked well.
