High Availability on Sap b1 HAna manual failover license manager primary server not working

Dear Team,

We are doing implementation of High Availability on SAP HANA manual failover on SAP B1 10.0 FP2402 and configured the servers in Linux according to the https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_BUSINESS_ONE/cc611ee19dee42b188ac8513d357b7e8/3a1d701a87064b758a31d570...but after server tools installation license manager from primary server SLD Console is not opening it showing attached error message.

We have tried with common IP and other public IP's on hana server same error is showing can you please assist us on how to resolve this issue and proceed further.

Also it will be helpful if you share any documentation guide on steps to perform manual failover on SAP B1 Hana 10.0.

In case of High availability setup there can be several configurations that may cause a failure if not carried out precisely based on existing documentation as you referenced to in your post.
For instance, Setup and configuration of Nginx Proxy Server as specified in this chapter

Also important to properly setup the "Add Allowlist to License Manager" in step 10 for primary & secondary License server.

Lastly, assuming all steps were done correctly and License Service is still not accessible, I'd recommend reporting an incident to support with the relevant license service and SLD runtime logs;
