Hierarchie for custom field in ACDOCU

Hi,

I am looking at adding custom fields which seems straight forward enough. I only need them in ACDOCU which to me suggests I can simply create them as code list fields in the custom fields Fiori app. But can I then also add a hierarchy for the elements in my code list?

Meanwhile there is a developer extensibility scenario available for private cloud (and OP). Not yet available for public cloud. How-to guide.
