Hardware Key Error

I have a error in SUM, SAP don't take the Hardware Key

If your mataince plan web page system info is not the current system info，so you maybe get a error when you run sum . first,check the Hardware Key in systemInfo . second,check the systemInfo on mataince plan web page is same.

Hi

1. Check whether the SAP system hardware key and SAP support portal hardware key are the same or different.

2. If it is different, check the hardware key from the SAP system, based on the key to generate the new license key and apply it to the SAP system.
