HANA Cockpit SSO - SAML

Hello Experts,

We have recently configured HANA Cockpit with SAML configuration and IdP is Azure.
All the roles has been created and groups defined in Azure, however while trying to access the HANA Cockpit I get the below error.
I have done the Role Mappings etc in XSA configuration.
As I understand the user is auto created in Cockpit upon first login and just roles has to be assigned to the user.
However in my scenario the cockpit user is not being created to assign the roles
Kindly advise.

Hi Denzil,

Hope you are all doing well.
This error could occur if there is some misconfiguration with role mappings. Following KBA may give you some hints for troubleshooting.

Hi Eason,

We fixed the issue, it was indeed with some role mappings where the SAML Groups sent by Azure AD was with "group-id" rather than "group-name" , hence the mapping wasnt happening.
Once that was changed the mappings worked.
