Hana B1 - Interactive analysis reports open blank documents or shows error

Hello,

We have a FP 2208 in a Hana system. When we try to open the Excel report and interactive analysis in the client the "Purchase analysis" report the excel does not show the pivot tables.

When we open directly the Excel report and interactive analysis app. We complete the log on information but we get an error message like "Data source initialization error".

The Excel report have been reinstalled.

Has this error appear to anyone?

Finally we reinstalled de SAPNewDBMDXProvider.dll and it worked
