Grouping proble in PLD.

Hi, Experts.

i Assign Group1 For Repetaitve Area Header1 and

Repetative Area Footer1 . in this Repetaitve Area

Header1 i created one formula Sort Value() Field

and Repetative Area Footer1 i created one formula

ColSum() Field here Repetative Area1 i created tax

related fields in PLD Line Item is coming But this

Tax Name and Amount is comming next page here

i need print in a single page all the items and taxes.

here i did linking in general LINK TO From

Repetative Area1 (Line Items) but still is coming in

another page how i can print all the tax in a single

page ? how i can link this grouping fileds to line

items.

Hi

I presume that you sorted the repetitive area on the tax code. In the sort window you tick 'summarize' and untick new page.

Hi

When using groups in the PLD you have to sort the repetitve area according to how you want to present your data. I presume you did this (Print Layout Designer>Repetitive Area>Sort). Once you have done this you must make sure that your fields are linked to the correct group. Are your Tax name and Amount fields linked to the correct group in the PLD?

Thanks for your advise. here related to group1

fields are displaying in different pages i need to link

this fields to line level items. after line level items i

need to get all the tax data in a single page how i

can link this ?
